HOUSE RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules. By making a reservation, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

Only registered guests are allowed in the residence – no visitors or parties.

Smoking is not permitted in the lodge. Smoking is permitted outside, provided cigarette butts are removed.

No pets allowed

Please do not wear shoes inside – slippers are available.

We require a 30% deposit. You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Peace & surroundings

We ask for silence between 10pm and 8am, out of respect for other guests and neighbours.

No loud music or noisy behaviour, inside or on the terrace.
Cleanliness & care

Please leave the Lodge tidy: throw away the rubbish, do the dishes or put them in the dishwasher.

Please report any damage or defects immediately so we can resolve them quickly.

Furniture may not be moved without consultation.
Damage & deposit

Any damage or additional cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit or charged.

The deposit is €400.00 and will be refunded within 5 days after departure, provided everything is in order.
Violation of rules
In case of serious or repeated violation of the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately without refund.
